To the right of the beach most of it is owned by IKOS hotel so no luck getting any sun beds if you’re not staying at that specific hotel along with the water sports which are also just for the hotel as-well. Everyone who’s not staying at Ikos is kind of just cramped into a small space in-between the water sports dock and sun beds or spread out down the thinner part of the beach where it is quite rocky. But if you do find a nice spot it can be a lovely beach day.

Water is warmer than in other places, but this is kinda the only good thing about this beach. Beach is not clean and it is a combination of sand, pebble and small pieces of garbage. Plus the beach is really just 3m (from water to cemented pedestrian path)

Depending on where exactly you are, it may be as bad as it gets. A narrow stripe of pebble beach between a pedestrian street and the sea

Its great. A large portion is taken up by hotels private sun loungers, leaving a small square for others. Its a slim beach, a mix of shale, soft sand and pebbles in places. You can hire a boat for €80 a day and hop from bay to bay, rent pedalos, paddleboards and kayaks. Paragliding, or ride large inflatables towed by speed boats. The water is shallow for quite a way out and there are lifeguards present.

Most of the beach you cannot use because it is part of a resort… lame… The beach itself is nothing special, the water doesn’t seem clean and overall, I would not go back

We choose this beach accidentally but never regret our choose! 😎Booked a week apartment close and have explored the whole island by motorbike. But Dassia beach was something we waited every morning! Very quiet, extremely clean water, morning swims only by ourselves. Water in a August was so warm that you can relax more then hour in a water. 🐟 I don't really understand is that normal that another side of the island water is freezing, but Dassia..made our trio special. During the days area became louder, but that was probably normal. Local Greek we're spending time with their kids and grandmoms at the beach. Such a good choice, for a quiet place, not a party zone!

The beach has rocks instead of sand. Most of it is occupied by the Ikos resort. Renting sunbeds can be very expensive, in the range of 20€+, but there are a few cheaper alternatives, around 10€.

Amazing beach. Water is crystal clear, you can swim among fish, try parasailing, SUP or other water sports. Malibu Bar is the best option here (avoid Andreas restaurant).
